I've had many master Airscrew props in my 25+ years of flying. Some were tough balancing; but the 11×5 and 11×6 I just received on Saturday took very little time to balance. Very good props

Props are great but service sucks. Took 3 days to ship my stuff and it was suppose to be here 1-3 days and it took 6. Dont blame it on the shippers niether. If they are that bad change shippers. It shouldnt take 3 days to prep a shipment and then assign a number and let it sit there for days until picked up. I can buy props from other companys and get here here a lot faster then you can prep to ship. Hell I can buy your prop from someone else and get it faster then from them then you. This has happened to me everytime I buy props from you so it not a one time thing. I WILL NOT be buying from you again. Thank You and I surely hope you can fix your problems and have better customer service because that is what keeps you going.

I just want you to know that I crashed nose first , the airplane disintegrated and the blades broke off. I don't expect you to give me a new one.
